With smart warehousing, a national-level laboratory, and advanced processes at its core, the new factory will achieve a three-fold production capacity increase over three years, with annual output expected to exceed 4.5 million units.

Recently, TOPSFLO‘s Phase II new factory has officially completed its relocation and commenced operations. This modern manufacturing base, integrating intelligent production, automated warehousing, advanced process clusters, and high-standard testing laboratories, marks a key step in TOPSFLO’s strategic global market expansion.

The new factory not only expands the production area to over 16,000 square meters but also establishes an efficient, reliable, and traceable intelligent production system through the integration of digital and automated systems.

 

1. Smart Warehousing System: WMS + Pick-to-Light + AGV for Accurate “Goods-to-Person” Operations

To meet the continuously growing order demands of the global market and increasingly stringent delivery standards from customers, TOPSFLO has fully implemented the WMS smart warehousing management system in the new factory warehouse, complemented by the deployment of various advanced hardware devices, achieving a fundamental transformation in the warehousing operation model.

The pick-to-light system, with intuitive red, green, and yellow light guidance, enables a “goods-to-person” picking model, increasing order processing efficiency by over 30% while significantly reducing human errors. Even in high-frequency, multi-batch operating environments, it maintains exceptionally high accuracy.

AGV unmanned transport robots have been introduced in the factory for the first time, enabling round-the-clock automated material handling and precise delivery to designated workstations. This not only frees up manpower but also optimizes the entire production logistics flow, providing foundational support for large-scale, multi-variant parallel production.

 

2. Comprehensive Upgrade of Advanced Processes: High Precision and High Yield Become the New Standard

The new factory has achieved significant breakthroughs in manufacturing processes. By introducing high-precision automatic screw fastening equipment, the fastening accuracy has been improved from the previous ±8% to ±5% or even ±3%, significantly enhancing product consistency and reliability.

The comprehensive air tightness detection system for all products enables IP68-grade testing for all sealed cavities, ensuring each unit performs excellently even in extreme environments. The newly added servo pressing equipment covers a range of 200N to 5000N, meeting the precise pressing requirements of different products.

leading processes: fully automatic winding equipment enables unmanned operation; resistance welding technology eliminates the need for solder addition, making the process more environmentally friendly; electric pulse hot riveting replaces traditional hot riveting, ensuring more stable and reliable quality; multi-axis intelligent electric screwdrivers further enhance product reliability while improving fastening efficiency.

 

3. Significant Production Capacity Increase: Annual Output Rises from 3 Million to 4.5 Million Units, Flexible Manufacturing Meets Global Demand

Leveraging the expansion of the new factory area and upgrades in automated equipment, TOPSFLO’s annual production capacity is expected to increase from the current 3 million units to 4.5 million units. This enhanced capacity provides a solid foundation for the company to undertake larger international orders.

The large pump assembly line has achieved end-to-end single-piece flow production from components to finished products, reducing handling steps and improving production efficiency. The production line adopts a modular design, similar to the flexible combination of Chinese character components, enabling quick changeovers for similar models and meeting the customized needs of high-end customers for “multiple varieties, small batches, and fast delivery.”

The newly added micro gear pump assembly line supports customized production for multiple models, while the manual assembly line accommodates sporadic custom requirements and helps identify issues during the trial production phase, comprehensively improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The planned medical-grade purification cleanroom lays a solid foundation for future entry into the medical field.

 

4. Lean Production Layout: Scientific Planning Enhances Overall Operational Efficiency

The new factory optimizes production processes through scientific floor planning: the independent layout of the stator and rotor workshop enhances specialized production capacity; the second-floor warehouse adjacent to the workshop shortens material handling paths; the third and fourth floors are zoned by product type, providing expansion space for multiple leading models.

The introduction of a material supermarket enables efficient distribution from the workshop to production lines while ensuring First-In-First-Out (FIFO) practices and effective control of material shipment risks. This lean layout not only improves production efficiency but also prepares for future capacity expansions.

 

5. National-Level Laboratory Upgraded: Rigorous Testing Ensures Product Reliability

As a company that has always prioritized technological R&D and quality verification, TOPSFLO has made the renovation of its national-level laboratory a key focus of this expansion. The lab has been equipped with new aging test equipment and specialized testing systems for components, while actively advancing standardized intelligent upgrades in compliance with CNAS requirements.
